In Australia, the most important documents you will need to pick up your rental car is your driver’s licence and a credit card. We are happy to provide you more details about licence if required. Additionally, you may also be asked to present your passport if you are not an Australian citizen.
We’ll charge for one more extra day as we work on 24 hours schedule. 30-minutes grace period will be given.
Yes. Baby seats and child booster seats can be requested during the booking process if pick-up is more than 48 hours away. If you have already booked your rental car, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team. You can also reply to the confirmation email advising your child’s age.
If your drivers licence is not completely in English, it will need to be accompanied by an International Drivers Permit or Official Translation. All documents must be original. Photocopies are not accepted.
Your security bond will be returned to your credit card after your rental concludes provided there are no extra charges. The amount of time it takes for your bond to be returned can be from 7-10 working days.
